What we shipped this season, what we learned from our first 50 nonprofits, and what's coming for the summer rollout.

Three months in and the patterns are getting easier to see. Here's what we shipped this season and what we learned.

What shipped:

- Campaign in a Box. Every approved nonprofit can now download a category-tailored bundle of graphics, social posts, email templates, and printable flyers from their dashboard. The bundle refreshes weekly with new content.

- Batch listing on mobile. Snap up to ten items in a row, let the AI assistant write all ten listings in one pass, edit anything you don't like, then publish the batch atomically. The whole flow takes under five minutes for a typical garage cleanout.

- Tax receipts in your dashboard. Every donation generates an IRS-compliant PDF receipt the moment pickup confirms. We backfilled receipts for every completed sale across the platform.

- Real Stripe Connect for nonprofits. Disbursements clear to your bank within two business days. No more reconciliation spreadsheets.

What we learned:

Listings with three or more photos sell at 3.4x the rate of single-photo listings. The AI's price suggestions land within $5 of the closing price 71% of the time. The nonprofits that win Campaign-in-a-Box readership are the ones that re-share the assets immediately, not the ones who hoard them for a launch event.

Coming this summer: a public donor dashboard so supporters can see the running impact of every cause they've supported, calendar-synced pickup scheduling, and a referral flow where existing donors can invite their network to a specific cause.
