Here's what we shipped this season, and what we learned along the way.
What shipped
- Campaign in a Box. Every approved nonprofit can download a category-tailored bundle of graphics, social posts, email templates and printable flyers from their dashboard.
- Batch listing on mobile. Photograph up to ten items in a row, let the assistant write all ten listings in one pass, edit anything you don't like, then publish the batch together.
- Tax receipts in your dashboard. Every donation generates a receipt the moment pickup confirms, and every completed sale has one.
- Payouts through Stripe Connect for nonprofits, straight to the organisation's own bank account.
What we learned
Listings with three or more photos sell far faster than single-photo ones. The nonprofits that get the most out of Campaign in a Box are the ones that re-share the assets straight away rather than holding them back for a launch event.
Coming next: a donor view of the running impact of every cause someone has supported, pickup scheduling inside the app, and a way to invite your own network to a specific cause.
