How do I contact support, and how many tickets can I open?

Updated September 9, 2026

Support runs on tickets. You open one from the app or the website, pick what it is about, and the whole exchange stays in one thread you can come back to.

You can have up to 5 tickets on the go at once — that counts both tickets that are open and tickets that are waiting on a reply from you. Opening another while 5 are already going is refused until one of them is resolved or closed — a reply on an existing thread is better than a second ticket about the same thing anyway. There is also a limit of 10 new tickets an hour, and up to 5 attachments on any one message.

A ticket is filed under one of: an escrow cancellation, a no-show dispute, a quality dispute, an account question, a payment question, a report about a listing, a bug, or something else. Escrow and dispute tickets are raised to high priority automatically.

A ticket is open, waiting on you, resolved, or closed. Replying to a resolved ticket reopens it, because the issue clearly was not settled. A closed ticket is final — replying to one is refused and you open a fresh ticket instead.

Tickets with no reply after 24 hours are flagged internally so they get picked up. That is the team's own target, not a promise about when you will hear back.

Some replies in a thread are marked private, meaning only you and the platform can see them. Everything else on a dispute thread is visible to both parties.
