How do I post an update to our supporters?

From your dashboard. Write what happened, add photographs, and choose who sees it: everybody, or only the people who picked you as their cause.

Every update gets a page of its own that you can send anywhere — an email, a Facebook post, your newsletter. That page is written for somebody who has never heard of us and explains where the money comes from, because that's most of the people you'll send it to.

What to write

What the money bought. "Thanks to your support we continue our mission" gets read once. "Your support bought forty winter coats, here they are in the van" gets forwarded.
