What can the support assistant actually do?

It answers questions about how this place works, out of these articles, and it can look up your own orders, listings and tickets. It can't see anybody else's.

What it won't do

• Answer a policy question from memory. If we haven't written it down it says so and offers you a person, rather than having a guess.
• Move money, cancel a sale, or change a listing.
• Tell you how a dispute or a nonprofit application is going to end.

When it's stuck

It opens a ticket in the same conversation and carries your own words into it rather than its summary of them, then tells you a person will pick it up.
