Which condition should I pick?
Updated September 5, 2026
Four options. The photo read fills one in and you can change it, but something has to be set before anything will publish.
| Condition | What it means |
|---|---|
| New | Brand new, unused, unopened and undamaged, in its original packaging. |
| Excellent / Like New | Barely used, no visible wear, works exactly as it should. |
| Good | Used, works properly, with some signs of use. |
| Fair / Poor | Heavily used, or with a fault worth describing. |
It moves the price
The suggestion is worked out at all four levels, so dropping from Excellent to Fair moves the number down with you. If you typed a price yourself we leave it alone.
Say what's wrong with it
A chipped table leg, photographed and mentioned, sells at the asking price: the buyer made their peace with it before they pressed Buy. The same chip discovered on a doorstep is a report.
