The claim link in our email from Clutter Sale doesn't work. What do we do?

Updated October 30, 2026

The money set aside for your charity does not run out when a link does. Here is what the page you see means.

"This Link Has Expired, but the Money Is Safe"
Press Email Us for a New Link, or reply to our email asking for a new one.

"This Link Was Withdrawn, but the Money Is Safe"
Press Email Us About This and we will sort it out.

"This Link Isn't Valid"
The link may have been cut short when it was copied. Press the button in the email itself rather than copying the address.

"This Organization Is Already on Clutter Sale"
Someone has already signed your charity up, and anything saved for it goes to that account once it is approved. Sign in if it was you, or ask around your organization.

Another way in
You don't need the link at all: go to clutter.sale, sign up as a nonprofit and enter your EIN. Your charity's page and the money waiting are matched by EIN. See "How do we claim our charity's page and the money set aside for us?"

Still stuck? Reply to our email and a person will answer, or email support@clutter.sale. If your charity has an account, you can also open a ticket from Support at clutter.sale/support.
