Can I change or move a pickup day that is already agreed?
Updated September 9, 2026
A pickup can be moved once by each side — one move for the buyer and one for the seller, per deal. Once your move is spent you cannot move that pickup again.
For a meetup, and for the seller on a porch pickup, the calendar locks an hour before the scheduled start and stays locked through the window itself. Too close to the agreed time is too close.
A porch buyer has no locked hour, because nobody is standing waiting at an unattended porch. Their single move stays open until a full day past the scheduled time, and then expires.
That is the same move as the last chance a porch buyer gets after a drop-off day passes without them accepting: one more day, taken late. It is not an extra allowance — a buyer who already moved the pickup has spent it. The seller is told rather than asked, because the item is already out.
A missed meetup cannot be rescheduled. Its stall clock cancels the deal and relists the item instead.
Moving a pickup is recorded on your history and carries no penalty.
An open dispute pauses all of this until it is resolved.
